The client
Peter Newland is a commercial builder and the owner of archive storage business Advance Record Management. His company stores government documents across 12 purpose-built facilities that cover 16,000 square metres of warehouse space.
Peter also manages small-scale property developments, many of which include sheds constructed by Trusteel.
