Chris Hills
Sales Consultant
Chris is the person most customers spend the most time with and they’re in good hands. With over 30 years in the construction industry and many years focused specifically on sheds, he guides customers through every step — design, quoting, permits, site requirements and installation. Before moving into construction, Chris qualified as an accountant, which means he’s just as comfortable talking numbers as he is talking steel. Outside work he enjoys swimming, cycling, cooking and barracking for Hawthorn.
Ermin Hadzic
Sales Consultant
Ermin brings over 20 years of construction experience to Trusteel, having worked across domestic builds and high-rise projects before spending more than 12 years specialising in sheds. A qualified building designer with project management credentials, he’s the go-to for customers with large or complex commercial builds — anything involving serious steel and concrete. Customers with ambitious projects are in capable hands with Ermin. Outside work he enjoys snowboarding, 4WD driving and following Chelsea Football Club.
Kathy Dorozhkin
Office & Projects Manager
Kathy is the person who keeps everything moving. As the central hub of information across all projects, she coordinates resources, materials and timelines to make sure jobs start on time and on budget. If you want to know the status of your project, Kathy is your first call. She holds qualifications across accounting, business administration and IT — a combination that means nothing slips through the cracks. Outside work, Kathy loves spending time with her family and supporting the Hawks.

Andrew Taranto
Factory Manager
Andrew is one of Trusteel’s longest serving team members, having been with the business for over 25 years. A qualified boilermaker who has had a hand in building more than 1,000 sheds, he leads the factory with the kind of experience that’s hard to come by. Having worked across both fabrication and installation, Andrew understands every step of what makes a quality shed — and he brings that knowledge to bear every day guiding the team. When he’s not at work, you’ll find him on the family farm.
AJ Davidson
Fabricator
AJ has been with Trusteel for over 8 years and is a master of his craft. No job is too complex, and his attention to detail is without peer — which is exactly what you want from someone building structures designed to last decades. Like Andrew, AJ works across both fabrication and installation, and that dual knowledge shows in the finished product: sheds built not just to look right, but to go together accurately and efficiently on site. Outside work, AJ restores 1950s Fords and is passionate about all things automotive
Brad Eriksson
Installation & Logistics
Brad is one of those people who can turn his hand to whatever the job needs. Across installation, driving, painting and dispatch, he works across multiple stages of the process to make sure sheds get to site and get finished on time and on budget. That versatility makes him a valuable part of the Trusteel operation. Outside work, Brad is passionate about personal fitness.

Jason Wallace
Jason is a Senior Draftsman with over 18 years of drafting experience across a wide range of residential, commercial and industrial projects. With a keen interest in building design, he prepares architectural and structural drawings, delivering accurate documentation with a practical approach and keen eye for detail. He has extensive experience managing permit applications and coordinating with consultants to help projects progress smoothly from concept through to construction. Outside work, he enjoys spending time with his family, woodworking and MotoGP.
Diane Dela Roca
Steel Detailing Lead
Diane looks after the construction drawings and structural steel detailing for our shed projects. She’s a qualified Civil Engineer who started her career in project management before moving into design and detailing. Her background includes project management, design and detailing across residential, commercial, industrial and infrastructure projects. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring new places.

Brad Wicks & Heath Rowley
Shed Installers and Licensed Roof Plumbers
Brad is a qualified roofing plumber and one of Trusteel’s most experienced installers, having been with the business for close to 10 years. With hundreds of sheds under his belt, he’s built a reputation that speaks for itself — customers consistently come back with glowing feedback about the accuracy and quality of his work. If it’s going up on a Trusteel shed, Brad takes pride in making sure it’s done right.
Heath works alongside Brad Wicks as part of Trusteel’s installation team. A qualified roofing plumber with many years of experience, he has an eye for detail and won’t hand over a project until everything lines up perfectly. That pride in his work shows in the finished product, and he’s become a genuine asset to the team and the customers who deal with him
Mark Kohn & Corey Dean
Shed Installers and Concreters
Mark has been working with Trusteel for many years and are an essential part of the team. Mark is a licenced roof plumber and expert shed installer — regardless of how complex the build or how challenging the site conditions, he’ll find a safe and efficient way to get it done. With hundreds of installations behind him, he’s seen it all.
Corey works alongside Mark as an expert concreter, bringing the same high commitment to quality to every slab he lays.

Anton Sekula
Co-Owner, MD
Anton’s background spans automotive engineering at Ford Motor Company and management consulting at McKinsey & Co — experience he puts to work every day making sure Trusteel customers get the right solution, built and installed to a high standard. As Managing Director, he oversees the full operation from first conversation to finished product. Outside of work, he’s a family man who enjoys dirt biking and following the football.
Damien Lacey
Co-Owner, Director
Damien is a qualified mechanical engineer with a career spanning Toyota, Bosch and over a decade running his own operational excellence consulting firm. At Trusteel, his focus is on sales, marketing and continuously improving how the business runs — making sure every customer interaction and every build process is as good as it can be. He brings world class manufacturing and operational expertise honed in Japan, Europe and Australia. Outside work, he enjoys playing indoor soccer, golf and spending time with his family
Michael Birch
Co-Owner, Director
Michael is a mechanical engineer with hands-on experience at GM Holden and BMW, and a consulting career focused on lean manufacturing and process improvement. A Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, he brings serious technical credentials to Trusteel — channelling them into building better experiences for both customers and the team on the tools. Outside work, Michael is into fitness, cold plunges and hockey.
